Happy Halloween!

Here's a pic from a couple of years ago of Hoonis (right) and Chester. They loved being furocious bumblebees! We have been too preoccupied to dress them up this year, but there's always next year, right? Anyone who knows Hoonis finds this innocent looking pic HILARIOUS!

A New Toy for Maddie!

Aunt KK sure loves to spoil Miss Maddie! I had to get a new cell phone because I broke the antenna off of mine (again!), and I gave my very high tech, "old" one to Maddie. She sure thinks she's something else making those important calls! Austin and I also got to get a sneak peak of Maddie's Halloween costume as a Fairy Princess when she, Tom and Lauren came to visit "G.G.". More on "G.G.", or my beloved Grandma Hosford, to come when the right time arises.

Good to See You, Kerry!

Kerry is one of my dearest friends who has also recently become the furthest away from me! She now calls Dallas, Texas "Home", and recently moved to Dallas from Aspen, Colorado. She was in town last week for Marissa's baby shower on October 14th. It was great to see her, and to be honest, the three of us are nothing but trouble when we get together!!

I just had to post pics of Austin's first ever accident. He was OK, which is why we can laugh about it now, but the car got hurt pretty badly! This incident (and breaker of Austin's perfect driving record) occured at the beginning of October.

Madilyn Adele Hosford!!

Here are a few of the hundreds of pics we have of our very loved and greatest niece in the world, Madilyn Adele. Yes, you will see many more pictures, too! As of this month, she is 16 months old and talking, running, dancing, climbing...everything that one would live or die to see! Maddie is the daughter of my brother Tom and my sister-in-law Lauren. Enjoy the cuteness...:)

Meet the Kids!

These are our kids. The one in the middle is Gertie, or Gertrude when she's in trouble! She is a year old and was a rescue from a shelter in Morley. In the green collar, on the left, is Chester. He is 8 years old and was a rescue from The Humane Society of Kent County. Finally, on the right, is my "Mama's Boy" Hoonis, who we have had since he was 5 weeks old. He is now 6 years. Most people say he looks like his Mommy...:)
